You need the microfilm roll with the following citation: BALTIMORE COUNTY COURT(Marriage Licenses) 1846-1851, CM174-8, also identified as microfilm reel WK 1397-1398-3. They are working to get many records digitized and online, but they don't appear to have that particular roll online yet.
