She was widowed. Her children were,Elisabeth b. 1840 in Hesse Kassel,Mary b. 1843 in Hesse Kassel,Henry b. 1847 in Baltimore,and Katharine b 1857 in Baltimore. I looked through the 1st district and could not find them. I've tried spelling Brandau different was and even tried Brandon and Brandel,sometimes they were indexed with these surnames.But can not find them.
