Cemetery on Philadelphia Road near the city line, which was at East Avenue back then. None that I looked at list a "New" cemetery. I followed a very detailed 1915 county map way up into the county and found no likely cemetery candidate on Philadelphia Road. There were several Hebrew cemeteries. The only "new" cemetery listed in the 1890's in that area was called Oak Hill (Horner's Lane near Philadelphia Road). That was the early name of the Bohemian National Cemetery http://cspslodge.wordpress.com/bohemian-national-cemetery-of-baltimore/ You mention it was "referred to" as "new M.E. Cemetery." Was that on a death certificate or death notice? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
