It might be worth a look, but even if married by then he and his new wife would not be listed BY NAME if living in the household of a parent or other family member, and that was a pretty common thing to do at the time for newlyweds. My 4g-grandfather (AKA my all time #1 brick wall) does not show up in any census by name until 1840, at which time he was 42, simply because he and his wife lived with someone else who raised him she died in 1839. I talk too much. :-) Please let me know if you would like me to check the 1820 or 1830 for a Thomas Beggs in Baltimore.
