I reviewed the article and it appears it was at one time Washington Blvd before Columbia and I am not wondering if I am legally married since it closed in the 1940s. I was married there Sep 1947, but I thought it was odd it was in a hallway, sort of, (I called it a narthex because I didn't really know what to call it. I was not familiar with Baltimore -- fresh out of high school and commuting by Greyhound to work at Hess Shoe store and/or Hutzlers downtown.
