It includes a street directory; i.e. it lists streets and the residents and business on them by address and intersecting streets. North Chester St between Fayette and Monument is on page 2181 (image 1091, two pages per image). The image is not very clear, and you have to be a subscriber access the directory. I did not see any Ice Cream shops there, and there did not appear to be, nor are there now, any Episcopal churches in the immediate area.
