Nancy: A lot of the old newspapers, including the Sun beginning 1837 are available on-line from the Balto.Co. Public Library, but you need a library card to log on. The web site is [1]www.bcpl.info then click on Research Databases on the left side. I have been using it and it works very good. When I put in search criteria, I only use the last name and no dates. For some reason if you put in dates, the search shows now results. I called a local Branch 410-887-0295 in Essex, Md. to get my information. I live in Harford Co., so I had to get signed in at a local branch with my Harford Co. card. I would call the library and I am sure they can give you some direction on how to proceed. What experience has anyone had with the user friendliness of whatever site it is on? Thanks for any direction. regards Nancy ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message References 1. http://www.bcpl.info/
