Thompson, at the suit of George M. Thompson, I will offer for sale on THURSDAY the 17th day of July next, at 10 o'clock, A.M. in? North Charles, near Hamilton street, for cash, all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand, both at law and in equity of the said John W. Thompson, of in and to a lot or part of a lot or parcel of ground, situate in the City of Baltimore, beginning on the east side of Charles street seventy three feet or thereabout, North of Hamilton street, fronting on Charles street, 48 feet and turning back 100 feet, with certain improvements thereon, a quantity of Lumber of every description such as joists, flooring boards, common boards, bricks, window frames, a carpenters shop, and lime house, &c.
