Miranda of Baltimore died of natural causes May 14 at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She was 94. She was born Feb. 7, 1908, in Philadelphia, Pa., and lived in Florida and Pennsylvania prior to Baltimore. Mrs. Miranda was a homemaker. She enjoyed writing poetry, sewing, reading and solving crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Miranda. Survivors include one daughter, Josephine E. Rock of Glen Burnie; and two grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday at Fink Funeral Home. Interment is private.
