I visited his home on Kenwood Avenue off of Patterson Park last summer when it was up for sale. I have a copy of the picture from the Baltimore City Police site. The Restaurant in Fells Point at 604 S Ann Street called Peter's Inn is the home the Garmers (Germers) originally lived in when they immigrated to Baltimore from the Duchy of Braunschweig, Germany in the 1840s. I would be grateful if you would share any Garmer information you might have with me. I have accumulated some interesting stuff on the Garmers from other family members.
