I have found from previous research that the Postal areas were huge, often crossed several Election Districts and gave no indication of where they really lived. There are 2 Taeuber families that were in Baltlimore in the last century. My great great grandmother was Barbara Anna Weber Tauber. My great grandmother was Anna Barbara Taeuber/Tauber who married Hermann Martens/Martins. Their son Thomas Herman was my grandfather and my Dad was Thomas J.Martins who worked for the Baltimore Sunpapers for 51 years. We moved to Pa in 1974. But Baltimore is still in my heart. But I have a question. I noticed the post office was listed as Reisterstown. Catharine Brandau lived in the Catonsville are on Frederick Road. Was this part of Reisterstown part of Catonsville? I'm wondering if the census taker missed their street? I'm pretty sure the Henry living in the house of refuge is my great great grand uncle.His father died around 1860. Also, there's also a page of some wills that have been contributed to the site. USGenWeb Archives for wills: http://usgwarchives.net/md/baltimore/ I don't think you're going to find a book that has entire wills but only those with abstracts. You can go to a local LDS FHC and check to see which wills they have microfilmed from BA Co.
