Whiteford born about 1869. Had at least one brother Harry Charles who was born abt 1879. Possibly had a sister Millie. According to all census that I have found for him (1900-1920)he was born in Maryland but he lived in DC. Was married twice, first to Ida Maxwell and second to Sarah E. Gibbons Hoover.
