Note that the name Philip is connected to another Jeremiah, and the name Philip might come from the HOWARD family. Their son Philip HOWARD was involved in a suit over the estate of his mother's father James WARNER, who devised "Warner's Neck" to his dau. Johanna SEWELL, with provision that it should remain in possession of his heirs. Johanna's husband James SEWELL sold to Samuel HOWARD.
