Here are a few references to show where the name James BOOTH and a few others occur in the records. The early records seem to have been on the Eastern Shore. M & D fr. [Click on Family Trees in the strip at the top. Then click "Advanced Search" on the lower left.] However, I'm suspicious of the information. It says that the wife was Elizabeth JOHNSON, b. KY, and that James BOOTH went to Kentucky in 1812 but married there in Jan. 1811. The births of the children are from 1818--no children for seven years after marriage and then seven?
