My Doves are connected to the Pittsylvania VA & Maryland Doves but am not sure what little I have is exactly correct. My line is as follows: Stephen/Steven Dove b.abt 1762 raised by his uncle Joseph Dove b. abt 1731 Maryland, I'm not sure who his father was. Stephen/Steven m. Levisa Their children: Coleman Dove Mildred Dove B. abt 1806 Mildred is my 3rd great grandmother her son Elisha Dove b. 15 Sep 1820 Chalk Level, VA d.28 Sep 1902 Indiana, I have obit and pictures, married Sarah Brumfield they had 7 children. Elisha was indentured out to Dalton family at the age of 5. He was a POW of the Civil War. If you or anyone else is interested in my data please contact me. I'm wiling to share as well.
