What I am trying to understand is "what is the criteria for being on the TAX Lists". I know that if you are married and own land, you would show up - - BUT other than that ???? I have one male individual on that List "evidently" as I was told living in the household of someone else. He has brothers who we know also were living there, yet they do not show up on the Tax List.. SO THE QUESTION IS THIS - At what age are you required to be put on the Tax List if you are single. It was my original understanding that you either had to be a freeman bu becoming 1) 21 or 2) being given your freedon at an earlier age (ie 18), or 3) Married. Can anyone give me a clear picture ? Thanks TJ
