She was born in Garrett County Maryland in September of 1907. This is my future father in law's real mother and we were trying to get some information about her. She was married to a James Fazenbaker (sp?) and a guy by the last name Wilhelm. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Summer [email protected]

His legal name was: William Jacob Ewing/Ewen however, he used Jacob mainly, but also, W.J. He would have been in either Baltimore County or Harford County, as far as we can tell. And he owned some slaves, so I kind of figure that he was on the Confederate side. I have not been able to find any service records that were definitive enough to say they applied to my Jacob Ewing. Thank You for this very kind service.

They have an extensive collection of census sheets from every county in NYS. Also the archives have a vital record index of births, marriage and death records for most of NY State, beginning in 1881. I can also get copies of city directory pages for cities and towns all over the state. I am a researcher, here is my web page: http://www.nyscensushunt.com Maybe I can help break down some walls!
