    1. Finding IGI Records from the LDS Family Library.
    2. John Siemon
    3. Someone sent this web site to the County Roscommon list. It looks like a great site that allows you to zero in on a locality, see what local records (by location, type and years) are in the LDS Church's International Genealogical Index (IGI), and search only them for a surname. It only includes microfilm batch numbers for North America and the British Isles. Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the first page to get to the links for each country. The search engine works off of the LDS web site, but it filters out all the names from places you are not interested in. As an example, you can go to USA, then Maryland, then Baltimore to see and search the specific Baltimore records they have. http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~hughwallis/IGIBatchNumbers.htm#Page

I wondered if you had found the answer to your question about Kitty/Catherine and Nancy Trunnell who were both married to Benjamin Ridgway? I have been researching the Bullitt Co Trunnells for 7 years and have been there to research 3 times from my home in FL. Without looking at my notes, I think I recall that Kitty was married to Benjamin Ridgway who died in Indiana about 1848. Nancy sold the KY land she inherited from her father John Trunnell to her brother Henry Trunnell in 1850. At this time she was already divorced from Benjamin W. (Wigginton) Ridgway and married to Adam Lisman of IN. Benjamin W. was back in Bullitt Co and remarried to a Manerva (maiden name unknown). I would guess that the two Benjamins are cousins and have seen other discussion on this on the Bullitt Co mailing list. On the 1850 census Adam and Nancy Lisman are in Sullivan Co, IL. The widowed Kitty Ridgway is also in the 1850 census of Sullivan Co. Benjamin W. Ridgway and Manerva and their family are in Bullitt Co. Benjamin W and Nancy's son Wigginton Ridgway is with Nancy and Adam Lisman in both the 1850 and 1860 censuses in IN. I am the 2ggdau of Henry Trunnell, brother of Kitty and Nancy. Are you a Trunnell descendant? Pat Payne

Think I may have a lead. Their is a James H., 52, listed in Baltimore at that time. That's probably him as the age matches up with his birthday. Thanx for all your help!

Since you indicate you have access to all the Censuses, have you verified that all of them are not the correct one? You don't say how old he was in 1930, but could he have died before then? You can look at the death certificate index for Baltimore City at: http://mdvitalrec.net/cfm/index.cfm
