    1. Re: [McQUEEN] have you seen the wills index??
    2. Dear All I found some really interesting info on Mcqueens at _http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/_ (http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/) Whilst there is a charge to access original documents there is a lot of free info in the wills area. I did purchase the Robert Dundas Mcqueen will (Feb 1817), which is fascinating - but gave me few leads on my own tree research. I found that his possessions were all to be sold off and his sister (quoted as next of kin) Mary (Honyman) was dealing with all of this. This was interesting as his wife, Lilias, was still alive (she died in 1846). Lilias did make a very good marriage again in August 1817. It looks as if she did perhaps have her new beau, Richard, in tow and ready sincerely Dawn
