However, I did find Dessie: DESSIE L MCQUEEN, 18 Mar 1898-12 Sep 1992. Last residence: Westminster, Oconee Co. SC 29693. SSN: 251-14-7229, issued: South Carolina I searched for Gordon's obituary on a database that my library has, America's Obituaries and Death Notices, but did not find one. For Dessie, I found nothing either. However, you have her date of death, and could search the local newspapers on microfilm. Her funeral was probably handled by the same funeral home as Gordon's. Contact the funeral home for *much* more family information, if you are lucky. I hope this helped. Valorie
