Good Morning Everyone -- All of this talk about TN made me want to repost what little I know of my McMURRY line. My GGgrandparents were Frank McMURRY (b ca 1840) and Annetta (or Amanda) PITT. [These according to the book, "A Family Called Fort".] Their dau [my Ggrandmother] was Gillie McMURRY (21 or 23 Nov 1866 Robertson Co, TN - 13 May 1914 Springfield, Robertson Co, TN). She m/John Thompson BRIDGES (1866-1949). A direct descendant of Eli McMURRY has told me that Eli was a brother to 'my' Frank McMURRY. I'd appreciate any information that anyone here might have on this line (including, but not limited to, any URL's with family lines). Thanks!
