The son of William appears to be younger than Samuel, Jr., and too young to be in the Rev War. The son of Robert had a son Samuel who appears to have stayed in the area. So by process of elimination, I have concluded that Samuel, Jr., son of Samuel McMurry and Margaret, migrated to Robertson Co., I have NOT found your James McMurry/Murry in Robertson Co., so I doubt if they migraged together.
