She was said to have arrived through Boston. Married James Sullivan, had two children, Lillian and George, and lived in Vermont in 1900. After George's death, the children were briefly in an orphanage in Albany, New York (so I assume that's where Annie lived at the time). She re-married, to a widower Henry Miller, in 1910 in Dobbs Ferry, New York, and had two more children, Mary Agnes and Jane (Jennie). Henry died three years later from tuberculosis. I also stumbled upon Mary Kate and Annie's sister Bridget -- found a marriage record for her in Holyoke, Massachusetts, dated November 1896. Unfortunately her husband Michael Griffin died just three months later, in February 1897. I don't know what happened to her after that, but this proved that at least two of the sisters traveled to the US. Maybe others did?
