Hopefully we can figure out the mysteries. My Dad's first cousin, the late Paddy McLoughlin gave me all the info in 1990 that I have in my records. I have not found out anything since then, tho. I have been back 3 more times. Do you live in Ireland? Do you have any contacts with the McLoughlins' in Kiltimagh? Sorry I don't know any more about your family. I lived in Clarkfield as a child and knew both the Mcloughlin and Healy families. I am doing some family research and have drawn a deadend with my greatgreatgrandparents and was intrigued to see you had mcdonnell in your list of family names. My family only came to Clarkfield sometime around 1860 and I just wondered if we may be connected in someway. I have always know Healys and McLoughlins are related. By the way did you know you have a famous relative? Louis Walsh's mother is Maureen Healy from Clarkfield. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. I do not know anything about the McDonnells or Pendergasts, just have heard of the names. Yes, my cousin, Peggy Duffy McLoughlin still lives on the family farm. Her husband Paddy died Dec. 26, 2009. Their son, Peter lives on the farm also in his own home with his wife and 4 children. We have family in nearby Kiltimagh, also. The story is the McLoughlin's had 7 sons and married Healy girls. I would love it if you could fill in any blanks in the family. Roberta Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. They are living as boarders with Joseph Lane and his wife. Robert is 40, a widower occupation Iron turner born Manchester and Matilda is 12...no sign of the other girls. Do you think this is them?
