I have been lurking for awhile now and thought to finally post my inquiry. Margaret McIntyre bc. 1750 married John Clark. Probably lived in Pennsylvania around or near Washington County, PA prior to 1800. One verified son: Robert b1789 d.1850 m. Jeanette (Jane) Paxton in 1804 in Washington County, PA. Another likely son or close relative: Andrew M. Clark - b.1781 d. 1845 Andrew and Robert bought land in Nottingham Twp, Washington County jointly c.1800. Robert is listed as a single man on the 1800 tax list. >From census records Andrew likely remained a bachelor and lived near Robert until he died in 1845. Robert and Jane had 11 children. There are other Clark's that appear to live close to Andrew and Robert: A William Clark Another older Robert Clark These men appear married with children. I suspect that in 1800 Robert and Andrew reside in one of their households. **************************************************************** Diane Smith dianes@halcyon.com http://www.halcyon.com/dianes Seattle, WA Kidlink KIDPROJ Assistant/Webmaster - http://www.kidlink.org/ Foster Tukwila Presbyterian Church - http://www.ftpc.org/ ICQ UIN# 23270571 ***************************************************************** Researching Clark,Paxton,McIlvaine,Campbell,Morrow,Morrison *****************************************************************
