In my line that I have so far is A. McIntosh who married Martisha ?last name. but the Census i have in 1850 shows A and Martisha living with Kiza Graham. She being very old. There son James A Married Ida Jane Utley there oldest son James "Ecca or Eckie" in the censuses married Mary Ashburn. She was born in Surry Co. There oldes son James Edward is my Grandfather he pasted in 1990 and lived in guilford Co. His first wife is my Grandmother Mary Ruth Currie(she was raised thinking she was a Starling) Her Aunt Nannie Ann Currie married John Starling. I have a hand written adoption letter from her dad to nancy giving Ruth and her brother Hallie to her to raise and is dated 1927. James remarried again around 1952. To Cleodiuth(unsure of spelling)White. They had 4 boys and one girl. The boys still live aroung Greensboro. The girl nicknamed marie. first name is Janice died one year after her father in Dec.1991 at the age of 33 because of a regrowth of brain tumors that had been removed when she was 7. That original line from Moore Co. still remains James Edwards last two surviving sisters and one surviving Brother Julian. still live on McIntosh Rd. between Carthage and Vass. Hope this might help.
