She was born Aug. 19, 1876 in Illinois, being a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hendricks. She was married to Elmer McIntire Dec. 13, 1893. Mrs. McIntire was a member of the Cedar Valley Methodist Church. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Phillip Jarrett of West Liberty, Mrs. John Hendricks and Mrs. Hazel Geertz of Muscatine, five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, two brothers Leonard Hendricks of West Liberty and Ray Hendricks of Tucson Arizona, She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one sister. Services are pending at the Snider Funeral Home at West Liberty. Burial will be at Oak Ridge cemetery. Note from June Welsch she died April 20, 1959.
