My ancestor is Charlotte McIntire, born 6-20-1812, W. Va. married to James McDowell, born 4-14-1801, place unknown; married (2) Samuel J.Paxton. I have limited additional info on Charlotte and very little on James. I'm anxious to correspond and compare notes.
