Hi to Everyone I am planning a trip to Wheeling, West Virginia in the very near future. William McIntire, is my 4th Great Grandfather. He came from that area along with the Shepherd Family. I am planning to visit Elm Grove WV where the Shepherd family lived. William McIntire married Elizabeth Shepherd, daughter of Col. David Shepherd. Moses Shepherd built the "Mounment Place" in Elm Grove. I was wondering if there are any plaques, signs, places etc. in that area that would have to do with the McIntire Family. If so could you give me the location or whatever other information you may have. Thanks for your help. Barbara
