The following is all I have: my g-g-grandmother was Nancy Jane McFarland (born 1849 in Ky). What caught my eye from your posting was who Nancy janes' parents were; William "James" McFarland and Mary Ann Hopkins. I have no idea where these two were born. Additional on my g-g-grandmother,Nancy Jane, was that she married William "Will" Henry Robbins (born about 1847 in Johnson County, IN). From the limited info I have, it is possible that Nancy Jane had a sister by the name of Martha E. McFarland. This is all the info I have on my McFarland side of the family. I hope we could have a connection, Jan. Please let me know. Any info from any body regarding my McFarland family history would be much appreciated.
