My grandfather was Joe McFarland. Joe had a sister, Katy, and a brother Fred. Katy and Fred are still living.Their mother was Maggie McFarland, and I don't recall fathers (my great-grandfather) name. I do know that he was the postman for Flint for many years. I believe one of his sisters was named Opal. Katy, my great aunt, married Thurman Stephens (sp - v?). My great grandfather built a stone house across from the baptist church. Aunt Katy lives there, still. She is an angel, and looks VERY much like her mother, Maggie. I don't know much about my McFarland side. Any help would be much appriciated. My dad is Keith McFarland born in '43 his brother Kenneth was 2 -3 yrs older, he passed away in July. Grandfather Joe was born in 1918 and died in 1974.
