Jefferson Co. and Belmont Co. are right next to each other. I have been unable to find any information beyond that. Do you know if your ggrandmother was a Freinds/Quaker? My father was, I think that might be my key. If your ggrandmother was documented by the Freinds Church, that might be a good place to look.
