He wasn't a justice of the peace. Had one son that we know of, Harry E. McFarland. His Mother, Minnie Lee Trammel McFarland was my great aunt. I just visited their graves last week in Florence. He is in our family tree. Will be glad to share what I have on him.

Her death records from the Kanawaha Co., WV death records 1935-1937 list she died at Hrenshaw, Kanawha WV on 1/20/1937. That she was born in Olive Hill, Carter Co., KY and that her father was P.
