Hello... I am searching for my great-grandparents who were last found in the 1880 census in Vails Gate, NY......In 1871, my grandfather, Fred James McElroy was born to them in May in Vails Gate so I know the family was there at least from 1871 to 1880 but where did they go after this??? I have been "stonewalled" in an attempt to find them. I welcome and thank all who might be able to assist me in my search for them...
