Also for all these two lots of land which the said Archibald McElroy Purchased of them, them the said Joseph Burroughs and Mary his Wife, Situate in the said Town of Salem, as the same as particularly Described in a Certain Indenture of bargain and Sale, thereof made between the s'd Joseph Burroughs of the One part and the s'd Archibald McElroy of the other part. Mortgage Deed dated the first day of November ADom~ 1774 And Acknowledged before Grant Gibbon, Esq. the 7th November 1774.
