Researching Robert Greenwood McElroy line who settled in Bergen NJ 1850's thru 1870's and then moved to Rockland County NY. Robert Greenwood McElroy was born in Ireland c. 1837 and died in Rockland County NY Oct 15, 1902. Robert's first wife was Sarah who was born in Ireland c. 1836 and died before 1880 (probably in NJ) Robert's second wife was Margaret Everett who was born in NY c. 1861.
