I have not had a chance to check some information, but this is interesting because I am guessing that these Bryan gentlemen are of my maternal lines, while John Mackelroy would be of my paternal lines. Also, can you (or anyone else) tell me what this means...that he "proved" the apprenticeship?? Thanks, Mark McLeroy ps can you give me the name of this source that you are examining?
