To my daughter Elizabeth, a cow and calf, which was given to her at her marriage. To my son, Andrew, one cow and calf and also the use of 100 acres during his lifetime and at his death to be divided amongst his children. To my son William my tract of 100 acres lying on Willow Creek. To Jane my beloved wife the whole of the remaining part of my estate both real and personal during her life, and at her death the lands to be equally divided between my two sons James and Samuel Adare. The personal property to be equally divided amongst my six younger children, viz, Mary, Jane Tisdal, James, Margaret McConnell, Sarah Dobbin & Samuel Adare, and in case any of these should die before they arrive at the age of 21, there part shall be divided among the surviving of these younger children. If my widow should again Marry, my estate is then to be divided and her to draw an equel share with these younger children. My beloved wife Jane and Robert P. He has 29 slaves and lives next to Hugh McGill.
