The Morman Family History Library (FHL) in Salt Lake City has a copy on the shelf and a copy on microfiche. You can go to the nearest LDS Family History Library to you and, for a small fee, request they send a microfich copy to that library on loan. For a little bit more, still less than $10, they will place a copy on permanent loan to that FHL. Then, you can view the contents during their open hours. It is a rather large book with a tremendous amount of data. I have a copy in the FHL in Clear Lake, on the southeast side of Houston.
