Welch....unknown where....had 2 sons Charles and Robert moved to TX unknown time frame and then onto CA where benjamin and ethyl took up residence in Oakland, Ca Benjamin died in 1967..... Can anyone help me fill in the blanks PLEASE.. Benjamin was my Gfather and Robert was my Father all help will be greatly appreciated.
