You can also get the book through Books on Demand http://www.umi.com/ I just checked the site and they have the book, but it costs $75.00 + shipping. It is paperbound. I ordered mine through them and had it within 2 weeks. If you go to the site, look on the left hand side of the page and you will see Books on Demand listed. Click there. I believe the title is "Scotch-Irish McElroys in America", at least that is the title on my book. Might make a difference when you are searching for it. Good luck.
