In rooting around on the web some days ago, I came across a Francis Marion McElroy in the Russell County Cemetery records of Russell, KY. Records say he was the son of Frances and Rachel [Bailey] McElroy, born July 30, 1827 in Adair, Ky. He was buried, or died, on July 1, 1905 in Russell, Ky. and was buried in the Russell County Cemetery. Frances married [1] Mary Jane Bailey on Feb. 9, 1845 and [2] Claressa Bailey on June 28, 1879. That's all I know concerning this McElroy, etc. I just thought this bit of info might help someone out in their search for various family members. Waneta McElroy Arner
