Am looking for information on Adam McCormack McCune. In the 1880 census Adam and Lucy are living in Lansing, Mower County, Minnesota with their children Arthur 8 b. MO, Edward 6 b. MO and Eva 3 b. MN. Adam's father Joseph, mother Nancy and older sister Sarah are also living in Lansing in the 1880 census. My info says that Adam died in Minnesota on 27 Apr 1885 and his father Joseph in May 1886. The story goes that Adam and his young family were living in Linn County, Missouri when he got sick and "went back to Austin, Minnesota" and died there. Lucy's obituary lists her as his widow but no date when he died. I would like to find out what happened to Adam and where he is buried. I have all kinds of information that I am willing to share on his descendents as Adam was my great greatgrandfather.
