    2. Tom, I do have a William McCormick, however born in 1828, son of John Mccormick. John's father was James but I have no information at all on James and any other children he might have had, but with naming traditions in Ireland, there was a good chance that there was a William in that generation as well. Do you know who Bridget's mother and William's wife was? My William did not emigrate however his wife did after William's death. JoAnn: I maybe interested. I have a William McCormick born 1804 in Ireland with a daughter Bridget. I do not know where in Ireland they came from but they left from Liverpool, England.
