Byron Mott), her father Daniel McConnell (B. 1800-1805 in Ireland, d. 1885 NY, m. Lauretta Freeman). Daniel's father was Allen, a Captain and ship owner. Daniel was a carpenter and cabinet maker in Hemmingford, Huntingdon County, Quebec. He had a sister named Rosa McConnell who was living in Montreal, Quebec in 1842. Does anyone recognize this family?
