Surnames: McConnell McOsker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/DVz.2ACEB/1650.1 Message Board Post: Hello, I have a Robert McConnell in my family tree, however he is the fist McConnell that I have come across as it is his daughter Maria that married my ggg-father Michael McOsker. Maria and Michael lived in Brooklyn NY (Kings County) on and off throughout the late 1800's and Maria lists in the 1860 census that she was born in New York. She died in Lowell MA on July 21, 1899. Her father Robert was listed as being from Scotland and I imagine he was in Brooklyn also. I am hoping they may be the same family, although further back. Any info would be greatly appreciated and I would be happy to send anything I come across your way as well. Thanks! Tracy
