I descended from his son Alpheus, born in 1816. I also have no info on Jonathan or Hannah, although I have gleaned some from this site. Jonathan and Hannah had 10 children, the earliest being Jeremiah who was born in 1807 and the last being Matilda born in 1833. Elias is listed as being born in 1811, but obviously your date is more secure. The 1811 date may have been figured out from a census, and then it always depends at what time of the year the census was recorded to get the dates correct, if you know what I mean. I believe Rawdon Township was settled around 1820 with Empire Loyalists, so that he was a British sympathesizer makes sense. It sounds like you descend from Elias. Pretty neat to be able to talk to a relative. As you have not posted for many years, I would be interested to hear from you and see what else you have been able to find and I certainly am willing to share with you.
