US Census records are normally taken in a Zero year. I did find the English 1891 Census for William R. McConnell (40), still living at the same address as in 1881 - 7 Reynham Rd., London, Hammersmith, England. However, I did not find his son William Charles McConnell living with them, nor did I find a separate entry for him. Not sure why he did not turn up. Possibly, he was serving in the British Military services, or maybe was not counted that year. Maybe you will have better luck than I. The son would be about 17 yrs old. Still need to find the English 1901 Census for both the father, William R. McConnell, and the son, William Charles McConnell. I appreciate anything you can find. Thank you!
