Her name was Katie McClain. I don't know when or where she was born, i am guessing TN, Miss. MO. I believe her mother was from a cherokee tribe. I don't know the name of her husband. I do know that she is buried in MI. She had seven children: Minnie Lee b. 1-21-1880,Donnie Bell b.4-6-1884, Elbert Horace b. 5-31-1887, Susie Esther b. 10-11-1891(my great-grandmother), Bryan or Brine b.11-19-1896,Iona b.10-15-1897,Elsie P. b.11-1-1908.
