McClain dies at home near that village this morning after a short illness from paralysis-. George Washington McClain. 75, a well known citizen of the weaver station vicinity, died this morning at his home near that city. Mr McClain, who was a hard working man and very sturdy for his age, was stricken last Thursday. The deceased man was born in Lewisburg, Ohio. and was a son of Adner McClain. He was highly esteemed by all who knew him; he and his family had lived near weaver station many years. The passing of Mr. McClain is mourned by his widow, six sons, and two daughters; The sons are Warren C. of Burlingame, Cal., Millard A. of Oakland, Cal., Geo. W., Jr. address unknown, Chas. C., of Lynn, Ind., and Harrison and Homer of Greenville. The two daughters are Mrs. Ruth Saylor and Mrs. Arthur Lehman of Greenville. he is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren. a brother, Samuel of Germantown, Ohio and a sister, Mrs. Reed Samuels of West Elkton, Ohio. Funeral at the late home Friday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial in the Ft. Jefferson Cemetery. Hope this helps
